病院のお金。

病院から出すお金だと思うと、ついつい、不必要な出費が増えます。
自分の財布から出す気持ちで、使ってほしいと思っています。
よくある話で、不正な経費の使い込みでよく、新聞沙汰になっている方を見ます。どうしてこうも、同じようなことが起きるのかとおもいますが、自分の目の前に、お金があれば、ついつい使ってしまうのでしょうね。
当院では、いろんな学会に参加は無条件にOKをだしています。そして参加費、交通費、すべて病院で持ちます。
しかし、いくらの出費をしたかは、すべて僕がチェックをしています。そして記録に残しています。そしてそれば、本人、病院にとって、利益につながっているかをみています。

お金は、札幌ハートセンターを発展させるために、使っていきます。
ただし、絶対に必要なものか、どうか？それをしっかりと吟味しながら、お金を使っていかなければいけません。あれば、便利ぐらいの気持ちで、考えていたら、いくらお金があってもたりません。

そのときに、自分のお金だと思っても、必要だと思うか否かの感覚が大切なのです。具体的には、自分の給料を少なくしてもいいから、必要と思うかです。。。

Expense on our hospital

Considering expenditure as the free money hospital pays leads to more unnecessary spending.  I would like my staff to consider the money from hospital is the same as own money.  The embezzlement of a dirty expense receives a high degree of media coverage these days.  Sometimes it makes me wonder why similar financial scandal happens so often, but suppose the money in front of oneself misleads.

At our hospital, all request of medical conference participant is approved unconditionally.  Expenses including conference fee, transportation, and miscellaneous are paid by our hospital.  These are checked by me in detail and leave it for a record.  I confirm thoroughly whether if it leads to benefit to him/her and also our hospital itself.

We aim to benefit the Sapporo Heart Center when we spend expenses.  However, cost-consciousness is required to make sure the necessity for the expenses.  We cannot waste any money only for easy convenience.  The decent sense whether or not that it is necessary is the most important.  To be more precise, imaging if he/she is willing to pay on him/her pocket is the tip to figure out whether if the expense is really legitimate or not, maybe.
