TAVI

大動脈弁狭窄症に対するカテーテル治療であるTAVIの院内講習会が行われました。来年施設基準が満たされる予定ですので、当院でも可能な治療になります。

それまでの一年間で、ハートチームとして動けるドレーニングが必要になります。

その記念すべき第一回が開催されました。この世界では著名な林田、有田両先生に来ていただき、ハートチームについて勉強させてもらいました。

循環器の治療としては、カテーテルアブレーションとこのTAVIに代表されるSHDの治療がとても大切になります。その第一歩です。

また、心臓リハビリテーションにも力をいれていきます。

TAVI is catheter treatment for aortic valve stenosis. We held an in-clinic lecture about TAVI last week. Once we fulfill facility standard next year, we will be able to use TAVI as treatment.

Until then, we need training for a year to be able to work as Heart Team.

It was a memorable first lecture. We invited Dr. Hayashida and Dr. Arita who are both famous in this TAVI world, and learned about heart team a lot.

As a Heart center, catheter ablation and SHD treatment represented by TAVI will be very important. This movement will be the first step for that.

In addition, we will also put more effort into cardiac rehabilitation.
